UV/Ozone Add-on

Function: This add-on returns the forecasts of the UV index and the total ozone column for a location (based on lat/lon) at local solar noon of today and the coming 8 days for clear-sky conditions and in the absence of snow.

The input setting format for this add-on is:

uv_ozone:$settings
where uv_ozone is the add-on name and $settings is the Wx add-on code to pass location settings.
