Function: This add-on generates 10-day tide tables for over 3000 locations around the world.

The input setting format for this add-on is:

tide_table:location

where tide_table is the add-on name and location is the desired location (enclosed in double quotes if it contains spaces). You can lookup available locations from this list:

Tide Prediction Locations

This list contains locations in alphabetical order, and can be searched using the find field and button at the top of the help WebView.

Example: say we want to know the tides at Jamestown Island, Virginia. Scanning through the list, we see it is listed and confirm that the latitide and longitude are correct. The add-on setting for Wx in this case would be:

tide_table:"Jamestown Island"

You can show multiple tide charts using a "+" to combine them. For instance, we can look at tides going up the James River:

tide_table:"Jamestown Island"+tide_table:Claremont+tide_table:"Richmond Inner Harbor"

Note that only the location names containing spaces are enclosed in double quotes.

Note: this add-on uses the "tide" command line executable that is part of the Xtide package.
